Jungle Bob’s has the right to void live guarantee at our discretion if we believe the animal was improperly cared for or mishandled. Jungle Bob’s does our best to sex your animal using our experience but we cannot guarantee the sex on any animal unless specifically stated by us. We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling resulting in DOA animals Otherwise, we can hold the animal(s) at our facility until temperatures are safe for shipping We will still guarantee the animal if you opt to have the package held at a FedEx Ship Center for pick up however the animal must be picked up within 3 hours of arrival at the FedEx Ship Center or all guarantees are void. Live and visibly healthy arrival is only guaranteed when shipping temperatures at both ends are between 40° – 89☏ for home delivery and 26F° – 99F° for having the animal shipped to a FedEx Ship Center for pick up. The arrival time will be determined by the tracking information FedEx provides online of the delivery. If your shipment arrives deceased, is visibly unhealthy or is damaged in any way upon arrival the customer must notify Jungle Bob’s of the deceased or unhealthy animal with pictures of the animal and packaging immediately (within 30 minutes) upon receiving the animal(s). The buyer must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or all guarantees are void Live arrival guaranteed on all animals (EXCEPTIONS: AMPHIBIANS, CHAMELEONS, and INVERTEBRATES) Any Turtles or Tortoises under 4" in length are sold for EDUCATIONAL or SCIENTIFIC purposes only! Buyer is responsible for understanding and following all Local, State or Federal Laws. No live arrival guarantee on Amphibians and Invertebrates Choosing not to have it held for pickup may result in the live arrival guarantee being voided. HIGHLY recommend having the package held at FedEx for pickup. Merchandise and live reptiles will have separate shipping charges. We ship reptiles Monday through Thursday via FED EX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT We do not ship Friday, Saturday or Sunday. And if we are reimbursed, we will issue a refund. If package is lost or stolen, alert us immediately and we will open a case with the shipper. All animals are packed in perfectly healthy condition (unless otherwise specified). We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages or any damage that occurs to the animal/product in transit. Captive bred animals are usually marked c.b. Please be aware of what you are purchasing.
